Free health screening event by NMASA to the community of Elsies River. Doctors from NMASA will be doing basic health checks like blood pressure, vitals assessment and other tests e.g. Glucose tests to screen for common ailments like diabetes, hypertension and other ailments. The aim is to assist patient with access to healthcare and assessing their risk for chronic disease that may be left unknown otherwise. It is also to assist with providing much needed education of managing chronic ailments like diabetes and high blood pressure. Doctors will be providing health and lifestyle recommendations to patients.
